Dear Ruble family,
I just heard today about Paula's passing. She was such a fun and loving person. My first memory of her was when I was Chad's teacher and she dressed up as Cleopatra for Halloween. She was so much fun and always lit up a room with her laughter and sunny ways. I was later fortunate enough to cross paths with her at Monroe Elementary where she was a vibrant, funny and loving part of the staff. She will be missed. The video is beautiful. Please know you are in my thoughts. I am away unfortunately for her celebration of life but I am sure it will be beautiful.
Sincerely,
Chris Wirt

Duane, I am very sorry for your loss. So many years have gone by, yet I remember Paula and her friendly personality very clearly. We used to be in the same ceramics class in Shiremanstown, and we always had good times there. Praying for comfort and peace for you and your family now and in the coming days. My deepest sympathy.

Paula will always be with us. Paula and her family played a large part of my life growing up, her house was the place to be on Friday and Saturday nights. It seems like yesterday that we would gather and just be young, stupid, and enjoying our youth.

Moving away from Harrisburg in 1982 seems like I have lost touch, but I still remain loyal and always have my friends, family, and my roots deep inside me.

The Next Chapter in Life is the unknown. I know we move on, we do this one third of our lives when we sleep and dream. Something happens to our soul and mind which takes us to different places

with Love and always remembered,
Eddie Field

She always had so much enthusiasm for the children and for life in general. She had a beautiful smile and a beautiful spirit. She will be missed. May you find peace comfort at this difficult time.

Duane, Chad, Stacey and Matt,
I have no words to express how much I will miss Paula. You all were the most important people in her life! She loved her job at Monroe, the staff and the students. Her love of her animals and Christmas decorations was amazing. Her eyes lit up each time she was planning to see Gage too!!!
I am relieved that she did not linger and suffer any longer.
I loved her dearly.....

I anm so so sorry for your loss. Your wife, mom and step mom was a very nice lovely lady. I will remember her with an upbeat fun loving personality who put her husband and family first. She was such a cool, never showed her age, always moving CV, and PSU fan. She loved her family and friends. That is for sure. It was shocking to hear tonight when visiting ALLENBERRY. I saw her last summer at a Harrisburg senators baseball game and she was so happy. Even thought she past way to early, she lived a full life. You never saw her down and never negative about anything. She will be felt at the school, CV and PSU Football games. Again, I won't forget your wife and mom.
